Sixt rent
a car has been named Car Rental Partner of the Year
by Manchester Airport. The accolade was presented
to the company as part of the airport’s first
Retailer of the Year awards.
The
awards reflect consumer opinion on services at Manchester
Airport. Exit interviews were undertaken to determine
visitors’ views on the full range of facilities
available at the airport including retail outlets,
check in desks and car rental, with Sixt beating Avis
and Europcar, which were also shortlisted.
The
car rental award was judged on breadth of vehicle
choice and availability, quality of service, location
and ease of access, and overall value for customers.
The award recognised Sixt’s innovation, vehicle
choice and value-for-money at the company’s
Manchester Airport branch, where it operates outlets
at all three terminals with an additional express
service, providing customers with a handy, on-line
check-in tool.
